Our work depends on a UI/UX Developer joining our team to support one of our federal customers in Rockville, MD.
At GDIT, we foster a people-centric environment. As a UI/UX Developer, you will be trusted to support a client’s internet initiative. The developer will deliver innovative solutions for improving the effectiveness, reach, and content of the internet site to improve the effectiveness of the client’s workforce. This role requires a self-directed, entrepreneurial, analytical, and creative designer who is able to effectively elicit business needs, create elegant UX solutions that meet user needs and solve problems.
The designer will provide information architecture direction, design approaches, and technological recommendations that support the development and implementation of our solution. The candidate will need to gain insight into user roles and activities and translate this knowledge into a cohesive and usable product. In this role, a typical day will include:
