Job Description:

  • Supports the development of cross functional or large-scale automated information systems to include enterprise architectures

  • Designs system architectures to include the software hardware, and communications to support the total requirements and provides for present and future cross functional requirements and interfaces

  • Provides comprehensive definition of all aspects of system development from analysis of mission needs to verification of system performance

  • Performs evaluation of system alternatives and assessment of risks and costs

  • Reviews and deploys DISA STIGS through Mobile Device Management (MDM) Configuration and Compliance Policies via Blackberry, Microsoft Intune, and/or other future MDM systems.

  • Creates and tests MDM policies on mobile devices such as smart phones, tablets, and laptops.

  • Creates Build documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for MDM systems for transition to Operations teams.

  • Configures Apple Business Management to synchronize with organizational MDM systems to enable supervised iOS devices.

  • Creates, edits, and reviews Microsoft 365 Azure Active directory groups and accounts.


  • 8570 IAT Level II Certification required

Education and Experience Requirement:

  • High School Diploma + 14 years of relevant experience

  • Associate Degree + 12 years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 10 years of relevant experience

  • Master’s Degree + 8 years of relevant experience

  • PhD + 6 years of relevant experience

Security Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph

This position requires being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by January 18, 2022 or the start date, if after January 18. Individuals who work in or reside in Texas or Montana or work outside of the United States may be excluded from this requirement.
