Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of the team of men and women that solve some of the world’s most complex technical challenges. The US Marine Corps Technology Services Organization (USMC TSO) program is seeking a Program Analyst to join their team in Kansas City, MO.

As the Program Analyst you Will perform administrative, analytical and operational tasks in support of a USMC contract program.  You must have ability to work at a detail level utilizing MS Excel and internal GDIT accounting  and tracking systems:

  • Ad Hoc program reporting

  • Assistance in development of Basis of Estimates

  • Assistance in development of Work Breakdown Structures

  • Conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing reports 

  • Assessment of program requirements for sub-contractors and making recommendations

  • Assisting program management with data supporting the development of spend plans, budgets and schedules which feed into budgets and forecasts

  • Assessing and advising on potential issues related to costs, schedules, and performance 

  • Preparing and presenting reports, deliverables, and recommendations

  • Completion and/or Review of Expense Reports

  • Initiation of Purchase Requisitions

  • Preparation/submission of special pay requests

  • Gathering and preparing data in support of invoicing backup

  • Administration of program in GDIT specific systems

  • Collaboration and communication with sub-contractor companies for resolution of time, travel process and other discrepancies

  • Performance of data validation and quality control checks

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree

  • 5+ years experience supporting DoD contracting programs in support of the USMC customer

  • IT Program administration, analysis and execution

  • Secret Security Clearance
