Provides senior level subject matter expertise (SME) for AF DCGS electronic intelligence (ELINT) policy, collection, signals and intelligence analysis in support of NEXT GEN DCGS and Air Force C2/Battle Management Systems/Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) operational readiness. Liaises w/HAF, MAJCOM, & wings to assist in coordinating, developing, and promulgating AF DCGS ELINT policies and capabilities enabling ELINT operations across 22 units supporting 6 combatant commands. Functions as the organizational link between AF DCGS ELINT related issues and national intelligence community revitalization efforts championing program needs and, where appropriate, raising mission capability. Provides policy analysis and guidance for AF DCGS ELINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) policies, including strategies, and standards. Identifies strategic implications of tactical efforts and recommends courses of action to proactively position AF DCGS for success.
- Experience and/or knowledge of tactical and national ELINT operations, including collection systems, advanced signals analysis tools/techniques, and reporting vehicles/tools
- NSAs Introduction to RADAR Theory (SIGE2810) and NSAs Intermediate Technical ELINT Analysis (SIGE3810) courses strongly desired
