Some Basic knowledge of Software Project Management procedures and policies specific to the area of assignment
Some Basic knowledge of various Project Management databases and applications
Ability to interact with customers effectively in resolving routine problems
Proficiency in the use of MS Office product suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
Advanced oral and written communication skills are required along with comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures, and work flow processes
Some PC repair/troubleshooting skills may be required
Ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities
Ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery
