General Dynamics Information Technology – Federal Civilian Division is looking for Product Management Analyst to join our team to support the United States Army Medical Material Development Activity (USAMMDA). This position is based in Ft. Detrick, Maryland. The Analyst will support both administrative and program support functions as shown by the following tasks.
Provide project support (organize, track, and monitor multiple assigned projects) to the assigned Division/Project Management Office (PMO), to include the Director/Project Manager (PjM), Deputy Director/PjM, Branch Chiefs and staff members.
Provide administrative support includes setting up meetings, managing the Microsoft outlook schedules, attending product meetings, and preparing minutes.
Track progress against timelines and milestones, and report metrics.
Support numerous efforts and effectively prioritize and multi-tasking requirements that have a direct impact on the product portfolio.
Have ability to problem solve and assimilate a variety of complex information.
Use good time-management skills in order to manage and support multiple activities/meetings.
Use various Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Assist with programmatic and technical document review, market research, and vendor site visits/demonstrations.
Support the DoD Acquisition Lifecycle and document preparation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Science, or a related discipline.
5+ years of related experience.
Knowledge of the medical acquisition process (drugs and medical devices).
Experience with MS Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Ability to obtain T1 (Public Trust)
