Provide subject matter expertise support to demonstrate and maintain in-depth knowledge of ISR systems and targeting systems (to include airborne, near space, and space based systems/platforms) to provide analytical support to define, justify, and facilitate acquisition, integration, or modifications on systems, and assist in ACC documents in accordance with instructions such as CJCSI 3170.01 and DODI 5000.02.

Provide staffing to support the development and review of operational plans and procedures

Assist with consolidating requirements for annual Budget Estimate Submissions/Amended Budget Estimate Submissions (BES/ABES) and annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions

Desired Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA):

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Twelve (12) years of experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher level staff (combination of active duty, government service and/or contractor)
  • Five (5) years of experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher level staff working ISR related duties
  • Five (5) years of USAF MAJCOM or higher level staff experience working NCCT (Network Centric Collaborative Targeting)
  • Five (5) years of USAF MAJCOM or higher level staff experience with High Altitude Long Endurance air platforms
  • Experienced knowledge of Federal Budget and Resource Allocation process and procedures in support of ISR and Targeting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the process and procedures in which ACC programs and budgets are developed, staffed and approved by Air Force
  • Current knowledge and understanding of ISR systems and how they are employed
  • Familiar with Centralized Asset Management (CAM) sustainment funding and processes
  • Knowledge and experience with JCIDS processes and documents
  • Completion of Req. 111 Air Force Capability Based Operational Requirement Course
