The AA will operate within a team environment while working independently to achieve an efficient and pleasant experience for applicants. Verbal and written communication skills are critical in this position The team will have constant interaction with applicants throughout the day as well as contact with various business partners to ensure a positive applicant experience while in the center. As a representative of the sponsor organization, professionalism and discretion is required at all times. The ability to adapt to change and process requirements are needed in order to meet organizational goals and while technology is being constantly updated. Core hours for the center are from 6:30am-5pm, arrival and departure times will vary during these times. Currently it is on a rotational schedule for the later shift time. There is no required travel with this position. The AA must be proficient with basic Outlook and Excel skills in order to send emails and track items. Must have the capability to learn new databases that are applicable to the position and the competency to troubleshoot if necessary. Once on board, the AA has responsibility to share job knowledge and explain the tools provided to them to perform the job. Training will be provided for all new officers. The AA is required to take any mandated sponsor organization training.
