The Web Designer supports the operations of a training and technical assistance program. Duties include:

  • Build and maintain a web-based training registration system
  • Design and build web-based online forms to capture trainee information
  • Develop connectors to online databases
  • Monitor email communications and respond to queries
  • Manage the dissemination and distribution of online training material
  • Track trainee information and develop analytical products
  • Develop processes to ingest registration and attendance information
  • Administer the online training platform, including creating user groups and learning paths
  • Provide technical support to virtual training sessions, including setting up web conferences and recording material
  • Organize and maintain training libraries on SharePoint and other platforms
  • Perform knowledge management functions including building and maintaining repositories and administering a SharePoint site
  • Support project management activities as needed


  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, with 2 years of experience
  • Experience with building web pages and connecting sources via API and other methods
  • Experience providing technical assistance to a training/education program preferred
  • Experience providing technical support to various end users
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
