At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As an Administrative Assistant IV a typical day will include:
Providing primary calendar support to the Chief, Deputy Chief, and department level managers in the Mission Center's analytic component's Front Office environment that supports about 70 people.
Providing secondary calendar and administrative support to additional Senior Intelligence Service members of the MC/FO Senior Leadership Staff
Managing and coordinating all appointments on the calendar, and resolve conflicts on own initiative using knowledge of the principal's priorities, responsibilities, and preferences
Providing direct office support to AD MC and up to two other senior executive officers which includes: coordination of foreign and domestic TDY travel from the original request for travel through voucher completion in sponsor travel system; drafting TOY correspondence; submitting passport and visa requests; monitoring emails for items requiring immediate attention or action; reviewing incoming correspondence for correct format and classification to ensure adherence to sponsor guidelines; T&A administrative duties; and daily coordination with the other Front Office SAs and Executive Assistants on meetings and upcoming events
HS Diploma and 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
Available to work during core hours Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm but there flexibility is allowed with approval
Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction
