Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Supports the PM in contract oversight and management activities.
  • Oversees and directs the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program and I3P Integration function.
  • Provides policy leadership for assigned programs and represents the PM and the GDIT Team with customers.
  • Directs Enterprise technology programs for the contract.  
  • Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation.
  • Chairs the Quality Council.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with client and stakeholders, manage client and stakeholder expectations, resolve issues, and determine and implement appropriate course of action.
  • Responsible for assisting the PM in the areas of program profitability and revenue growth and functions for the PM in the event of his/her absence
  • Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested.
  • Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
  • Participates in special projects as required.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 years relevant experience to include overseeing Enterprise-wide programs, including Continual Service Improvement, Project Management and Transformation
  • PMI PMP certification
