As an Administrative Assistant II, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The Administrative Assistant (AA) will work as a team member assisting Contracting Officers (COs) and will provide a full range of technical and administrative support to an assigned contract team, including editing, printing, assembling, and distributing contract documentation (e.g., Contract awards and modifications, business reviews, acquisition plans, statements of work, funding documents, etc.)
The AA will assist the contracting team with the timely processing of administrative inquiries and documentation associated with contract award modifications and contract closeouts
The candidate will work closely with COs and liaison with stakeholders to coordinate contract processing, track and monitor deadlines for documentation and activities
The candidate will be expected to proactively bring problems or errors to the attention of management or customers in a timely and professional manner and exhibit strong customer service skills to resolve the matter
This position is for 1.0 FTE/1860.0 Hours
The department is located in Tysons, VA.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
HS Diploma and 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
The core hours are 9:00am - 3:00pm but the office has flexibility on when the AA starts
Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
The position is on customer site
