Our Intelligence & Homeland Security team has a fantastic opportunity for a Threat Finance Intelligence Analyst to work on-site at Bolling AFB in Washington D.C. Our ideal candidate will provide intelligence on transnational organized crime and illicit finance in the Eastern Hemisphere to facilitate decision advantage affecting national security priorities and resources used to counter state and non-state actors. Additional responsibilites include:
Conduct all-source forensic accounting analysis and production, by fusing financial / transactional data from formal banking systems, financial reports, and other forms of reporting
Analyze specific foreign financial activities which threatens US national security interests
Produce finished all-source analytic products that meet ODNI ICD 203 Tradecraft Standards
Aggregate and fuse multi-modal transactional data and identity
Prepare and integrate financial data from all available sources
Apply statistical techniques including flows analysis, visualization, and geospatial analysis tools to bulk and raw transactional data
Apply data engineering to interface with structured data and data forensics tools
Apply pattern analysis to large data sets related to Transnational Organized Crime (TOC) activities and foreign counter TOC efforts
Participate in special projects / surge support as required
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years' experience conducting intelligence analysis, with at least a portion of the experience being within the past 2 years
Current TS/SCI, polygraph eligible
