The AA will directly support a Program Manager who oversees two programs which are comprised of between 50 and 80 independent contractors and assist with the daily administration of these programs (organization, travel, filing financial documents and correspondence). The position requires standard 1860 hours per year, with core daily hours from 9:00 - 3:00. This position requires a high level of discretion and requires the ability to work both autonomously as well as part of a team. There are daily customer interactions and periodically additional work hours are required due to deadlines. Periodic use of POV might be required. Additional surge support will be required to address staffing shortages across the team. Seeking a candidate who is willing to learn, not afraid to own a work stream and willing to act independently in support of program PM.
