The role of the ServiceNow Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects for implementing, enhancing, and supporting ServiceNow according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of assigned team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The ServiceNow Project Manager will define the project’s objectives, oversee quality control, manage schedule, and manage risks throughout the project’s life cycle.
