GDIT has an exciting opportunity for a Subcontracts Administrator to provide support and subject matter expertise related to the subcontract life-cycle (but not limited to) Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Proposals, Subcontract Negotiation, Purchase Orders and Closeout.


As Subcontracts Administrator with GDIT, YOU will hone and develop your subcontract administrator and leadership skills as you:

  • Develop and administer subcontracts and other agreements of intermediate value and risk in accordance with client requirements and GDIT policies and procedures
  • Create subcontract solicitations
  • Support proposal efforts
  • Negotiate price/cost and subcontract or other agreement provisions, including conducting Fair and Reasonable determinations and completing Price Analyses
  • Review and route subcontract invoices for stakeholder review, approval, and payment
  • Compile reports for Subcontracts and/or Project Management
  • Work with other program and functional area staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, regulation, and performance parameters
  • Participate in and/or manages special projects as required

As a well-qualified candidate, you MUST have:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Demonstrated experience implementing FAR knowledge and other agency supplements
