Change Manager

HOW A CHANGE MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Apply ITIL methodology and lead change management activities
  • Manage the change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the assigned program or project.
  • Reviews all submitted requests for change (RFCs) for accuracy and completeness (e.g. type, documentation, risk assessment, etc.) and manages RFCs through review, approval, scheduling activities, and closure activities
  • Plans and supports test migrations and production deployments; supports deployments across multiple environments through coordination with internal development and project management teams
  • Works with technical team members to resolve any configuration and release related issues

  • Knowledge of BMC Remedy ticking system, specifically the change and configuration management modules.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned
  • Ability to participate in special projects as required


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in IT field or equivalent experience
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience in lieu of degree
● Required Technical Skills: BMC Remedy ticketing system, ITIL
● Security Clearance Level: SECRET
● Required Skills and Abilities: Work well with technical teams, support deployment of equipment, review all submitted Request for Change
● Location: On Customer Site Fort Huachuca, AZ

● Certification: IAT II (Security+) required on day 1. ITIL certification within 6 months of hire
