GDIT is looking for a passionate, skilled and driven Network Administrator to support the Department of Education program.

  • Experience implementing core infrastructure components including file, web and print servers, directory services servers, and database servers to host applications.
  • Administrative experience implementing tasks in  infrastructure components , domain name system (DNS), dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP), application servers, terminal services, and profile management services.
  • Knowledge of IP address management, including IP address blocks and ability to perform application server administration
  • Ability to  perform database and software life cycle activities to ensure the highest level of system performance and availability and compliance with business requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of the OSI model.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor Degree with at least 2 years of network troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience working in a Helpdesk environment a strong plus.
  • Experience working with PANOS, Next Generation Firewalls, and Palo Alto Firewalls.
  • Effective problem solving skills.


Certification: Cisco Certified, MCSE
