Assistant Project Lead / Scheduler

We are currently looking for an Assistant Project Lead to join our winning team. The individual hired for this position will provide support for our government customer located in Eglin AFB, FL. This is your opportunity to work in technically advanced, positive, and productive environment. The Assistant Project Lead assists in the management and administration for the contracted effort. Will serve as an interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues. Will assist the Project Lead (on-site) and Program Director, and will assist in overseeing contractor execution of the contract requirements and employment of program/project resources.

  • Experience recruiting and hiring technical personnel
  • Experience issuing and managing significant technical sub-contacts
  • PMP certification is a plus

Required Experience

  • Active Secret Clearance Required (T/S Preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience and a Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Proven track record of driving major projects (IT / Aerospace/ Defense), managing multiple priorities simultaneously, setting timelines, holding people accountable and delivering projects on-time and on-budget
  • Experience working with tight deadlines and handling escalations.
