  • Serves as the functional team lead and provides day-to-day supervision of a team of assessment analysts.
  • Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project or tasks.
  • Participates in the development of assessment project plans, data collection and analysis plans, assessment reports, and assessment briefings.
  • Interfaces with government lead on priorities, tasking/workload, schedules, issue identification and resolution, and related project management details.
  • Provides assessment support estimates for government projects.
  • Tracks deliverable status, and provides daily, weekly, and monthly inputs to the government and program manager.
  • Attends customer meetings and represents contract team.
  • Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
  • Participates in special projects as required.
  • Responsible for employee time card management, performance reviews, corporate training, certification tracking, team professional development, and mentoring.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 10+ years of related work experience.
  • Must possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Demonstrated project management experience.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in military training event and/or military experimentation assessment planning, assessment, and reporting.
