Our work depends on a Audio-Visual (AV) Fabrication Senior Engineer joining our team to support Cyber Center of Excellence activities at Ft. Gordon, Georgia.

At GDIT, we foster a people-centric environment. As a Audio-Visual (AV) Fabrication Senior Engineer supporting CCoE, you will be trusted to work on Video Teleconference Administration. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • provide services in support of the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE).

  • You provide Video Teleconference (VTC) administration by deploying, STIGing, operating, patching, maintaining, and monitoring the CCoE G6 Visual Information System (VIS) / VTC systems

  • Perform troubleshooting, repair and support for Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS) VTCs.

  • Provide planning, design, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to employ of AV services.                       

  • VTC Administration, STIGING, Operating, patching, maintaining, and monitoring the CCoE G6 Vis Systems.

  • VTC Systems and performance troubleshooting, repair, and support for NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS VTC.

  • Ability to engineer, configure and manage a Crestron based VIS, UC system

  • Provide system optimization, configuration, coding, system design, new technology evaluations, new technology integration and system expansions.

  • Performing advanced troubleshooting and support for multiple VTC. The Contractor shall provide Advanced VTC services and systems integration functions to ensure the Campus VIS infrastructure remains full operational.

  • Employ soft skills such as creative problem solving and effective oral/written communication

What you will Need:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience

  • US Citizen

  • DoD 8570.1-M certification: IAT Level II Certification

  • Clearance: TS/SCI (at start)
