Primary Responsibilities: Software Licensing Specialist: Maintain a software library of all supported software throughout the enterprise. Track software and associated licenses in asset management software. Coordinate and document periodic software/license audits. Document new software/license acquisitions, transfers between organizations, and as well as software removal/retirement. Maintain software in both digital form and original format, including, but not limited to, digital file, optical media, and hardware tokens. Maintain all associated Access Information Log information, including, but not limited to, passwords, tokens, login information, support contracts, expiration dates of contracts, and per-user costs. Inform USSOUTHCOM no less than 60 days prior to the renewal date, expiration, end-of-support or end-of-life of any and all license or support contracts.
Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree or commensurate level of experience based on position level (Associate, Journeyman, Senior, etc….) Clearance: Active TS/SCI Shift Work: No. Travel: Less than 10% Education/Experience Levels: BA/BS with 2 – 5 Years’ experience * Additional experience can be substituted for formal education (e.g. 2 years’ experience = 1-year formal education)
