The UDS Video Teleconference Operations Support Technician (VTOC) provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to t Video Teleconference (VTC) systems.
Scheduling and managing local and remote AV/VTC events, to include scheduling of physical room space when required
Generate Tier 1-3 incident tickets in Service Now
Provide Closed Captioning Support for all Tier 1 VTC for the hearing-impaired community
Provide user education and training on VTC equipment and other basic hardware and software functions
Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and strong communication skills.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Strong time management skills and ability to work flexible schedules to meet job requirements
Ability to work independently on projects and/or tasks
Education & Experience:
Requires Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of years of experience and education and 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
