Our work depends on a Customer Success advocate joining our team to support Defense Health activities at San Antonio, TX, Rosslyn, VA, and remote locations.

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Customer Success advocate supporting Defense Health, you will be trusted to build adoption plans and capabilities promote the frictionless adoption of Defense Health products across the provider community. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Develop and execute product adoptions plans and strategies to ensure adoption of products
  • Perform barrier analysis to understand existing problems and determine mitigation strategies
  • Establish and orchestrate implementation of relevant customer success metrics and KPIs
  • Work closely with deployment management teams to ensure successful implementation, drive adoption and set up customer feedback loops
  • Track and report on outcomes and success metrics


  • High School degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with health IT related products and technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent desire and capability to know the customer and build bridges between technical and functional teams
  • Ability to obtain a public trust
  • Demonstrated experience in driving product adoption of IT products
