Job Description:

Provide technical operations support for customer systems. This includes the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Maintaining group communications among multiple customer entities, if applicable
  • Liaising between customer personnel equities, if applicable
  • Reviewing technical proposals for future system upgrades
  • Creating and supporting of policymaker briefings and documents
  • Scheduling ad-hoc and regularly occurring meetings between stakeholders within the customer site, publishing meeting notes and tracking actions until completion
  • Collaborating with other customer departments and supporting mission briefs, as required
  • Identifying, researching and quantifying technical opportunities for exploitation
  • Developing (surveying), documenting (cable writing) and planning technical operations
  • Researching and maintaining a knowledge of commercial products capable of meeting technical operations requirements
  • Testing and evaluating equipment for consideration in future deployments
  • Testing and pre-mission readiness checks of equipment for operational deployments
  • Supporting the design of pre-mission training and skills assessments


  •  Should have the ability to work with main customer offices (The sister/big brother) on the ops side.
  • Previous experience working with foreign liaison services
  • Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Possess working level use of MS Office products
  • Possess working level knowledge of the customer mission. Organizational structure and capabilities.
  • Possess working level knowledge of the customer budget process and how the customer executes funds from other Government agencies (OGA).
  • Previous experience working directly with other members of the IC. Possess strong communications skills; specifically the ability to author and edit customer-specific cables and conduct verbal presentations on customer programs to high ranking members of customer and other government organizations.
  • Possess some knowledge of in-border management systems or biometric collection technologies

Required: BS degree in relevant specialty or equivalent experience
