Responsible for managing the teams' SharePoint site as required, to include Site organization, user access, content management, list management, and creation, modification, and troubleshooting of workflows.  Key to this is the design and management of workflows to ensure proper and timely routing of notifications for an RFC portal and management of content for a document dissemination portal. Responsible for interpreting business processes and requirements to assess portal design solutions.  Will be required to develop Dashboards to provide project and task status.  Sets up, configures, and manages document libraries and lists for all site documents and other information needed to assist in schedule tracking, assessing project status/risks, event scheduling, document reviewing, and other program and project-level work.  Coordinates with multiple teams and staff sections to ensure efficient collaboration and consistency; provide guidance on knowledge management best-practices.  Organizes the repository according to industry best-practices to ensure it is kept up-to-date and reflects the most current information.  Primary objective is to help the team leverage the SharePoint platform to maximize productivity, automate business processes, and enable staff collaboration and data sharing.  Creates and maintains system documentation and architecture diagrams to support the RMF accreditation process.

Desired Qualifications:
SharePoint certification preferred.
5-7 years' experience in managing SharePoint sites and workflows.

- Candidate must be able to meet German TESA requirements.
- Candidate must possess DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification on Day 1.
- Candidate must obtain ITIL Foundation certification within 90 days of hire.

TESA requirements:
- A bachelors degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, OR;
- An associates degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR;
- A major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR;
- 11 years of recent specialized experience.
