Senior Field Service Representative, Team Lead

Our work depends on a Senior Field Service Representative, Team Lead joining our team to perform complex adoption and employment of innovative technologies in support of defense intelligence programs.



HOW A SENIOR FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, TEAM LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Routinely interfacing amongst the DoD National Level Intelligence Community, Combatant Command Intelligence Directorates and/or military services
  • Supporting a defense intelligence customer’s capability development and coordinating amongst training and operation mission owners
  • Provides technical, administrative, and operational management to assigned projects or task(s)
  • Coordinate and provide new technology demonstrations; coordinate with identified representatives across the DoD IC to ensure latest program updates are implemented effectively, ensure users are provided with both training and instructional resources (i.e. CCMDs, Component Commands, Service Intelligence Production Centers)
  • Assist the customer PMO with integrating and applying any fielded capabilities to support user workflows; participate in engagements in support of capability adoption and provide metrics to address user adoption issues as well as strengths
  • Collaborate across customer organization and the DoD IC users ensuring unity of effort and the sustainment of comprehensive, coordinated feedback loops
  • Support adaptive training initiatives across diverse forums to facilitate up-to-date engagement with users and workflows (in-person, deskside, virtual)
  • Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations, including CCMDs, Service Intelligence Centers, and other IC / DoD government locations
  • Participating in special projects as required


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI with CI Polygraph or CI Polygraph Eligibility
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Education: Bachelor degree in a related technical or military discipline
  • Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience
  • Required Technical Skills: Engineering
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of AGILE principles and experience performing in an AGILE development cadence. Experience communicating successfully across a diverse range of stakeholders. Experience working within the DoD National Level Intelligence Community, Combatant Command Intelligence Directorates and/or military services; Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle and Intelligence Workflow, Experience with Intelligence applications and user adoption interface
  • Preferred Skills:  Master’s degree, PhD / Doctorate
