The Contractor shall be able to provide oral and written status reports at the executive level.
The Contractor shall elicit requirements.
The Contractor shall develop project plans.
The Contractor shall develop schedules.
The Contractor shall investigate potentially applicable IT solutions and tools.
The Contractor shall recommend transition strategy for moving legacy systems to new solutions.
The Contractor shall enhance current applications.
The Contractor shall improve the user experience by creating use cases prior to any deployments and reviewing the use cases to determine the quality of the system.
The Contractor shall develop and maintain applications for the Sponsor.
The Contractor shall manage application overhaul projects.
The Contractor shall create project artifacts such as design standards, information architectures, wireframes, and concept models.
The Contractor shall implement designs.
The Contractor shall attend meetings such as weekly staff meetings, Technical Exchange and other forums.
The Contractor shall use JIRA or SharePoint to manage and track requirements.
The Contractor shall provide project status during weekly staff meeting to include project prioritization.
