As a Talent Acquisition Specialist Advisor you will support priority positions and talent pipelines across the enterprise and recruit mid to advanced technical Cloud, Cyber, Applications Services, Enterprise IT and Data & Analytical talent within the uncleared and cleared community.

This position is a part of our Strategic Sourcing team and requires keen customer relationship skills in addition to the fundamental sourcing and recruiting skills needed to build relationships with talent in the community. The candidate must have strong time management skills, thoroughness, follow-through and dedication to full disclosure with account recruiters regarding candidates. In this role, you will work as part of a core technical sourcing team supporting recruiters in sectors and divisions.

• Cultivate strong relationships with client facing recruiters and business performing as an expert in all areas of sourcing talent.

• Ability to communicate and manage customer expectations with a keen focus on performance and return on investment.

• Conduct research to identify market intelligence, competitive intelligence and supply & demand prior to embarking on a search.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that align with business priorities to include sourcing, assessment, organizational fit, and closing.
• Proactively build qualified talent pipelines to meet growing business demands through research, internet sourcing, recruitment marketing campaigns, events and more.
• Provide hands-on sourcing related support and manage the search process for key positions and critical hires.
• Provide recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technology and sourcing tools, best practices, legal developments, and benchmark comparisons. 
• Manage, evaluate and develop innovative direct sourcing plans to attract diverse talent to our core, developing, and emerging businesses.
• Develop talent pipelines for critical & recurring roles as well as provide market intelligence.

• Understanding of advanced sourcing concepts or the desire to learn

Requirements:

  • Bachelors plus 8+ years experience; OR in lieu of degree 12 years is required
  • Sourcing and strategic talent acquisition experience with demonstrated success developing innovative and passive recruiting strategies to meet company demands.
  • In depth knowledge of current industry trends, emerging technology and tools, best practices, and benchmark comparisons.
  • Experience using complex Boolean strings, Chrome extensions, and social mining sourcing techniques.
  • Strong ATS/CRM/Technical skills with the ability to utilize technology to increase productivity and achieve results.
  • Experience recruiting in a large-scale IT government contracting environment supporting positions at various clearance levels (Secret, TS/SCI, TS/SCI CI Poly and Full Scope Poly) is preferred.
