The Customer Relationship Manager supports and liaisons with our Customer Front Office Executives in support of an IT Service Integration environment. This is a highly challenging and visible position that requires strong project management, communication, and organization skills and the ability work with senior stakeholders across the organization.  In this role, you will be charged with the following:

  • Serves as the lead advocate of the Service Provider and Mission Partners through the MSI Governance model
  • Work closely with our MSI leadership, Service Providers, and Sponsors to support integration efforts into the IT Services Ecosystem
  • Monitor and report on Service Integration efforts at the governance boards, and forums
  • Measure progress against program and Sponsor’s goals and revise direction as needed and in conjunction with MSI leadership 
  • TEMs with Government Leadership, Process Leads, Service Providers, stakeholders, to ensure customer needs are met
  • Provide Government Leadership with situational awareness of the state of the IT services in the ServiceNow module
  • Ensure ServiceNow and ITSM best practices are enforced to prevent impact to future upgrades and system performance
  • Works integrated on the customer site with Government Leadership

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college in Computer Science or technical discipline in related field
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
  • Demonstrates a high degree of customer service and teamwork
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience using an IT ticketing system such as ServiceNow or Remedy to research issues with tickets, the ability to provide metrics and create reports
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in IT Service Operations, IT Service Management, and/or ITIL and the respective practices
  • ITIL 4 or ability to obtain the ITIL Certification within three (3) months of hire
  • An aptitude to learn new technology quickly
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • ServiceNow Certification
  • ITIL V3/V4 Foundations Certified
  • Hands-on experience with one or more implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Discovery, CMDB, and Knowledge
  • Experience in Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM, SAM) modules
  • Experience with Application and Technology Portfolio Management (APM, TPM) modules
  • Experience with Networks and/or Event Management (EM) and integrations
