Systems Administration - Helpdesk Management Support

Work Location - Hohenfels


Duties and Responsibilities:

Tier 1 and 2 Helpdesk and Customer Support
Schedule and conduct weekly monthly or quarterly preventative maintenance checks and services (PMCS)
Provide system administration in coordination with the service providers and system owners
Install manage, and configure systems to perform administration tasks necessary for NetOPS / user provisioning or support services
Maintain compliance with applicable security requirements and ensuring all systems are compliant with relevant configuration management standards
Prepare, manage, and maintain system accreditation package artifacts
Provide Commercial Mobile Devices (CMD) Support
Provide active directory organization unit (OU) administration
Provide cable management for classified data networks and Protected Distribution Systems (PDS) to ensure they meet applicable security specifications (RED/BLACK Installation Guidelines in accordance with the NSTISSAM TEMPEST Memorandum).

A BS/BA is preferred plus relevant and related military/government experience performing systems administration support is desired.

3 to 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 Helpdesk support is required
A BS/BA is preferred plus relevant and related military/government experience performing systems administration support is desired

A current IAT II Certification is required at time of hire

MCSA, MCSE or equivalent industry certifications are desired
