Experienced Project Manager/Coordinator to support Program Manager and team of Information System Security Officers and Engineers (ISSOs and ISSEs) supporting 17 top secret, secret, and unclassified systems, under 4 Section Chiefs and the Cyber CTO. Duties include:

- New Hire Setup including:

  • Coordinating interview times and locations for potential hires
  • Following up on sensitive compartmented information (SCI) adjudication requests
  • Requesting access to shared drive
  • Requesting access to classified and unclassified systems
  • Arranging cubical space for incoming new hires
  • Adding new hires to the portal for cyber in-processing

- Compiling and coordinating customer required reporting and meetings including:

  • Weekly Status Reports
  • Monthly Report
  • Assistant Director (AD) briefings
  • System Owner briefings
  • Cyber System priorities
  • ISSO meetings and conference rooms.

- Registering/Inventorying and tracking:

  • Section 508 compliance of cyber systems
  • Laptops and portable electronic devices (PEDs)
  • Universal Serial Bus (USB) devices
  • Hard drives for destruction

- Completing Security Incident Reports (SIRs)

- Corporate project management and reporting responsibilities including:

  • Financial management to include budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and invoicing in coordination with the program assigned financial analyst (FA)
  • Acting as a liaison with corporate contracts, human resources (HR), finance, and security. 
  • Employee performance management to include time keeping, goal setting, performance evaluations, and merit increases in collaboration with the Program Manager 
  • Support for growth activities such as proposal writing and reviewing, and organic growth in project full-time equivalents (FTEs) 
  • Ensuring team compliance for government and corporate training (Security Awareness, Insider Threat, etc.)
