The AA will be the primary administrative representative for the Customer and will serve as a liaison between department leadership, Mission Support Staff, and other external customer elements collocated at the work site. As such, the selected candidate must convey a positive and professional impression of the office. Key qualities include collaboration, excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills. The AA will also provide direct support with moderate oversight and a high level of autonomy which requires discretion and professionalism at the executive support level. Daily work schedule is flexible within the Customer Core Work hours of 0900 to 1500. Additional duties include overseeing Customer administrative budget requirements, managing procurements, coordinating travel arrangements for Customer personnel, assisting with travel accountings, and miscellaneous voucher requests as required. AA will also serve as time and attendance (T&A) administrator with oversight throughout the office and provide back up support to the Chief of Security for facilitation of building and office access requests. Travel will be minimal, approximately once a month, and a GOV will be used for any travel that is necessary. For Customer Administrative budget requirements, it is expected the AA will follow up with stakeholders and administratively complete the necessary financial and SLA requests in a timely manner. The AA will collaborate in a professional and courteous manner with a wide range of employees at every level. The AA should have the required ability to lift 1 0lbs of weight (Office Supplies), and may be infrequently required to transit between the office locations, depending on work requirements.
