Our work depends on Functional Analyst's to join our team in support of AFNORTH Mission Deployed Systems and Special Programs activities at Peterson AFB CO / Colorado Springs CO.
Assist SMC/ECPL develop enterprise governance to include writing and coordinating a governance charter, which enables annual enterprise development and approval of Eastern and Western Range development and sustainment priorities and supporting investment as we transform the ranges into spaceports.
Assist USSF staff in implementing and facilitating the governance execution and tech roadmap development.
Provide SMC/ECPL with research investment plans linking investment and RDT&E activities to projected operational requirements.
Support SMC/ECPL in the Range of the Future Business Strategy Working Group in developing a strategic, agile and responsive acquisition strategy to provide access to commodities required for launch on the ER and WR.
Assist in integrating strategy for future LTRS architecture operations leveraging current operational expertise.
Provide the program office business manager with working group products and accomplish working group taskers assigned to SMC/ECPL.
Assist SMC/ECPL by developing strategic messages on delivering USSF Chief of Space Operations (CSO)-directed requirements by 2023.
Support interactions with the USSF staff updating CSO and other senior leadership on ROTF architecture. Strategic communication products may include briefings and briefing slides, and white papers. Themes include messages on architecture capability to support multiple, simultaneous launch operations on a plug-and-play, data-driven launch range.
Assist SMC/ECPL in developing cyber security processes for LTRS architecture to ensure system equipment accreditation is completed.
Review, monthly, accreditation report status and interaction with USSF staff and accreditation official staff as required to ensure effective processing of system accreditation packages.
Assist SMC/ECPL implement directed organizational realignment as required per USSF CSO.
Support the government lead by developing change management tools including reorganization design reports and researching and responding to actions assigned to the program office specific to USSF realignment.
Analyzes user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects and highlights areas of improvement.
Researches, identifies, and recommends resources required for task execution and completion.
Consults with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects.
Serves as advisor to clients in assigned subject areas, recommends functional changes, and identifies areas for further investigation.
Generates recommendations in the form of briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior level client personnel.
BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

The likely salary range for this position is $71,082 - $106,622, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
