Assist with the elicitation and clarification of requirements from business/mission users and translate to technical team. Document formal system goals within User Stories in the teams sprint backlog.
Support the system requirements management process of documenting, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing, and agreeing on requirements and then controlling changes and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
Identify, collect, assess, and decompose customer services, application, and tool requirements into product, product component (system technical) requirements, and derived requirements that support design and development activities.
Establish a means to control and track changes to system requirements.
Enterprise catalog and capability mapping.
Manage the requirements baseline allocated to projects including any approved changes.
Maintain bi-directional traceability by establishing and maintaining the Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM), mapping the enterprise requirements baseline to the system/functional baseline, and ultimately mapping it to the build baseline through system verification activities.
Provide the capability for stakeholders to routinely obtain status of open and closed requirements.
Document and manage user stories to support development priorities when using the Agile development model.
Create and update individual product backlogs resulting from an Agile development approach.
Required Experience / Certification:
1 years of relevant experience
Desirable Experience / Certification:
Experience in AWS, Azure or other Cloud Service provider
Experience with DevOps / DevSecOps methods in support of continuous development, continuous integration environments.
Knowledge and understanding of ITIL Service Design process and procedures.
Experience working in the Agile Software Development and Testing framework.
