Provides military subject matter expertise to assigned programs. 

Performs business management and financial analysis. 

This position would directly support procurement finance and property management functions for the Ratchet East and West programs.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Establish, manage, and maintain equipment and financial dashboard/database for purchase and spares agreements
  • Works with program management and functional team leads on various tasks/projects including budgeting, performance monitoring, analysis, reporting, expediting, and purchasing
  • Interfaces with operating and support groups (Purchasing, Contracts, Finance, etc) to collect data for preparation reports
  • Validate subcontractor invoices, process for payment, and analyze monthly status reports
  • Support internal and customer program reviews
  • Assist with development of standardized processes, tools, and reports
  • Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist programs with purchase requests and consultant invoice approvals
  • Anticipate risks and suggest proactive solutions
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Prepare Request For Quote (RFQ) information for corporate procurement
  • Review and quality check incoming quotes from OEM vendors and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare monthly business, procurement, and equipment reports
  • Prepare Purchase Requests for changes, additions, removals, etc.
  • Participates in special projects as required.

BA/BS in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

5+ years of related finance or business analysis experience.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree (mgmt/logistics/supply chain/finance/technical), or (equivalent work experience)
  • Must have relevant experience in supply chain management & vendor relationship management
  • Must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance with CI poly
  • Proficient with MS Excel, SharePoint, other tools
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills (soft skills)
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
