The SEC Services Directorate is responsible for the maintenance and sustainment of business applications used within CECOM and SEC and customer applications for outside organizations which include Army Materiel Command (AMC), Department of the Army (DA), Department of Defense (DoD), and other Government agencies for the BAS2 Project.

  • Defines, documents, analyzes, performs, and interprets developmental tests for new and/or modified products or product components.
  • Exercise quality control over documentation intended for both internal and external distribution.
  • Interacts with Software Developers, Engineers, and other Subject Matter Experts to translate complex technical material into clear, concise technical documentation.
  • Assists with alternate applications of the technical writing skillset as required, such as input on User Interface design.
  • Writes technical specifications, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for internal documentation, customer reference or publication
  • Edits, writes, and/or rewrites technical articles, publications, presentations, and other materials to communicate clearly and effectively on research findings, technical developments, and other information to a wide range of external audiences.
  • Technical support and advice to other multi-function groups.
  • Support in the development, maintenance and refinement of internal quality control and reliability programs.
  • Designs and contributes to the performance of quality assurance tests and creates certificates of analysis.
  • Identifies complex potential risks and compliance issues and provides solutions.
  • Liaises with external vendors, contractors or suppliers and provides solutions to any quality issues regarding products or services.
  • Develops and implements complex quality assurance strategies and regulations.
  • Oversees and may perform quality trainings. Oversees the documentation of the entire quality testing process.
  • May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in one or more of the following languages; C#, C#.Net, Classic ASP, HTML, Java, JavaScript, Microsoft SSIS/SSAS/SSRS, SQL, SQL Server Database, and VB.NET, or ColdFusion.
  • Experience with AGILE SCRUM/Sprint methodologies.
  • Security Clearance - Secret
  • Bachelors degree can be waived for 8 years of direct relevant QA experience.
