Come work with an agile team supporting some of the most complex government, defense, and intelligence projects across the country to bring visual designs to life. Work with our development team to make appealing, user-friendly websites and applications. Help refine and design new systems from the ground up, supporting our customers through brand identity development, logo creation, site design, and supporting print graphics. If you are interested in learning and trying new things, enjoy working closely with team members and clients, can provide guidance to peers, work well with minimal oversite, and seek to support US National Security, then this is the team for you!


  • Provide branding/visual design support for Web sites and applications

  • Provide print graphic support

  • Collaborate with clients and the team to develop effective visual designs from initial concept to implementation

  • Develop designs for modern Web sites and applications that can scale with our customers’ needs

  • Maintain and improve styling for current sites and applications

  • Work both independently and as part of a small team

  • Travel as required to client sites for requirement collection, refinement, and delivery


  • BA/BS in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of work experience and/or training

  • 2+ years of Web Design/Development experience, preferably in the commercial sector

  • Experience with graphic design principals such as composition, color, and layout

  • Experience with developing effective brand identities/personas, target audience profiles, and brand style guides

  • Experience with graphic design software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)

  • Experience with creating wireframes and hi-fi mockups for Web projects

  • Experience with HTML and CSS or similar

  • TS/SCI


  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Drupal or WordPress or similar

  • Experience with precompiled CSS (e.g. SCSS) or similar

  • Experience with JavaScript or similar

  • Experience with UI/UX design concepts, tools, testing, and implementation techniques for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness

  • Experience working with UI frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap, NodeJS, Angular, etc.) and component-based styling techniques for Web

  • Experience developing/implementing custom themes for Web sites and Web application user interfaces across various application development platforms (e.g. CMS, PHP, & .NET)

  • Experience with 4-color printing process, layout, typography, preparing graphics or images for print and Web

  • Experience with HTML5 and CSS3 or similar

  • Experience communicating and collaborating with stakeholders on visual design implementation

  • Experience creating content that works across various browsers and devices

  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization
