GDIT is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Program Manager to lead our Mission Command (MC) training team at the III Corps Mission Training Complex (MTC) Hub at Ft. Hood, TX. The Program Manager will serve as the Task Order Manager (TOM) for the U.S. Army’s III Corps Area of Operation which includes the Ft. Hood MTC and four additional MTCs at Ft. Carson, CO; Ft. Bliss; TX; Ft. Sill, OK; and Ft. Riley, KS. The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading large, complex, and multi-functional programs involving distributed Joint and/or Army training simulations and exercises. The Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Task Order and associated deliverables, negotiating and approving changes with the customer, and the final authority for managing personnel, maintaining Profit and Loss statements, program quality control, and overall program team development. The TOM will regularly interface with the Government MTC Directors, Contractor Officer Representative, and Army Contracting Command – Orlando officials to ensure clear communications across the program effort.
