Conducts intelligence planning in support of the nation's priority contingency, and exercise planning requirements focused primarily in support of Northeast Africa, Middle East, and/or Central and South Asia areas
Assists the customer's Intelligence Plans Division leadership and staff with the planning, organization, development, coordination, and execution of intelligence planning activities in order to drive objectives and evaluations of Intelligence Campaign Plans (ICP) efforts, Interagency (IA) information sharing efforts, and Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) and Combatant Command (CCMD) exercises in support of division leadership and intelligence requirements.
Plan and coordinate ICP production and implementation for the J2 Directorate, other directorates, components, Intelligence Community (IC), and coalition and partner nation representatives
Identifies strategic and operational requirements for CCMD military operations, including collection capabilities, structure, manpower, communication, and logistics to meet operations requirements and identify shortfalls/gaps and develop courses of action and mitigation strategies
Assesses existing/future capabilities to meet operations requirements for CCMD military operations
Conducts studies of intelligence planning programs that are broad in scope with frequently undefined limits, to evaluate effectiveness of current programs, feasibility of future programs and development of planning efforts; plans and advises on the implementation of new ideas, procedures, processes, methods or approaches of substantial scope and difficulty
Serves as a Plans Division representative on working groups with functional or multi-disciplinary emphasis that involve intelligence planning issues as well as plan, develop internal strategies, and organizes meetings and support teams to accomplish planning tasks
Brief senior level officials on planning efforts; demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills, while providing advice and assistance to resolve problems; develops recommendations for leadership on planning issues

OR recognized specialist in relevant field OR Bachelor degree with 10 years intelligence and/or service planning experience at echelons of command above Battalion/Squadron or credentialed SME or recognized specialist in relevant field
TS/SCI Poly (or the ability to obtain a poly)
Comprehensive knowledge of the USCENTCOM AOR and organization
Joint/Service Intermediate Level School [JPME-I, CGSC, SAMS / SAWS / MAWS / JAWS], and JIP Level 1 / Tier I certification
JIP Level 1 / Tier I certification
Or proof of working understanding of multiple intelligence disciplines and an awareness of CSA capabilities
