  • Serve as lead within the program’s sourcing Team; ensuring processes and documentation requirements are followed and perform internal quality audits as needed.

  • Ensure team members are knowledgeable of and trained on all processes and customer requirements; assisting all team members with their assigned tasks as needed
  • Identify process gaps and areas of improvement to streamline efforts and increase productivity
  • Analyze customer requested materials and services to provide sourcing and pricing estimates in accordance with government requirements and regulations including NDAA and TAA
  • Provide price quotes within program’s contractual requirements and timelines
  • Work avidly with vendors and manufacturers for urgent procurements to meet requirements.
  • Execute all customer demands in a quick and professional manner; proposing alternate solutions to the customer when needed
  • Ensure all documentation associated with requests are loaded into the appropriate systems and folders.
  • Generate internal and external reporting as required
  • Follow established policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure quality cost control.
  • Participates and distributes special projects as required.
  • Desired Qualifications

    BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

    A minimum of five (5) years of experience

    Active Interim Secret/Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
