The Deployment Coordinator leads coordination and scheduling efforts to a program that provides training and technical assistance to a federally funded network of care providers.
Logs, tracks and oversees all details as it relates to the deployment of training staff to include travel arrangements, schedules of deployment rotations and assists with expense reporting and submissions
Tracks travel schedule and facilitate bookings and expense reports
Maintains staff schedules
Coordinate procurement efforts, to include identifying material and equipment needed for deployments
Develops and maintains schedules and supports assessments and planning efforts
Analyze program needs and develop site deployment plans, in coordination with deployment leads
Tracks assets and oversee asset management efforts
Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience
Experience providing training coordination to different audiences or experience providing administrative support to teachers or trainers
Experience coordinating and scheduling events to include the provision of materials and other necessary resources
Highly flexible and able to multi-task
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to travel within the United States
