**Position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph**
Provide the physical security of personnel, facilities and mission which include intrusion detection, access control, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and all other aspects of a comprehensive physical security program for a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).
Provide physical security inspections of all spaces which process and store classified information, warehouses, plant rooms and any other room or facility to perform mission or support functions;
Provide physical security guidance and support to USG for all construction and rehab projects to facilities within, adjacent to or utilized by the Government within the compound. This guidance will incorporate all applicable laws, directives and regulations;
Provide security guidance for all requests for the placement of communications equipment within the SCIF and will conduct surveys and recommend draft language for approval/disapproval memos through the Chief, Physical Security as appropriate;
Inspect for classified material, and recommend the authorization of the release of all non-electronic equipment (i.e. desks, safes, office furniture, etc.) prior to release from the SCIF;
Support building/area alarm system and perimeter intrusion detection systems as required;
Install and replace CCTV cameras, camera related equipment and cables marked accordingly, as approved by USG;
Update audio/video to unclassified phone recording capabilities and video equipment as approved by USG.
Experience in completing Fixed Facility Checklist (FFC), Emergency Action Plans, and Facility Accreditations processes;
Practical experience in managing a physical security program compliant with ICD 705 and applicable regulations for a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF);
Experience with all aspects of IC directives, pertaining to TEMPEST, Telecommunications, physical intrusion detection and access control, and facility co-use;
Experience with all aspects of classified media destruction; and
Experience in developing applicable facility accreditation waivers, supporting documentation and making sure documents are properly maintained, and kept up to date.
