1. Perform as the technical site manager, cyber center operations oversight, and primary customer focal point for all matters related to the Air Defense Communications Service contract at the Air and Space Operations Center on Tyndall AFB, FL. 2. Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned task(s), including contract and subcontractor management. 3. Supervises assigned staff, manages scheduling and performance of all technical resources and cyber operations. 4. Provides technical guidance as needed to assigned technicians to ensure the operational availability of mission critical systems. 5. May also perform high level technical services on assigned task(s). 6. Conducts planning and provides recommendations to customer and/or the contractor program office. 7. Attends customer meetings and will serve as primary client liaison. 8. Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and others as specified by the program management office. 9. Coordinates development of deliverables and products. 10. Ensures quality assurance of program deliverables. 11. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. 12. Participates in special projects as required.
