**Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.**
Expected to support a variety of internal tracking and reporting processes using calendar software and Microsoft Office to organize and prioritize tasks in the office. Coordinating and participating as a backup for other team members in their absence. Candidate will develop organize and maintain processes in the office for the on/offboarding of personnel. May need to readily produce reports at the request of mission partners, other branch leadership, or management to include executive-level staff. Will be the point person interfacing with specific mission partner(s) to oversee onboarding of mission partner personnel to sponsor systems. Responsible for managing the office workflow and responsible for the successful completion of all tasks. The point of contact for setting up meetings, appointments, and coordinating activities with mission partners; ensure personnel packages move through onboarding process in a timely and efficient manner. May be required to crosstrain other team members to meet the customer's requirements with specific outside organization representatives and to continue support of the onboarding and offboarding process.
Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
5-8 years of related administrative experience.
