The IT Program Manager is responsible for developing and managing complex projects to include project team members customer expectations , deliverables, schedules, time and scope. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, creating project plans, communication plans, allocating tasks and setting milestone. Five plus years of project management experience with an ITSM and PMP certification is required. The candidate must have an active secret clearance at a minimum.

Job Duties Include:

Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new team members; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing solutions.
Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with internal teams and external organizations.
Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by assisting team members with accomplishing milestone deliverables.
Information Technology (IT) Project Manager Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Management, Technical Understanding, Analyzing Information , Informing Others, Staffing, Problem Solving, Data Center Management, Developing Budgets, Coordination, Strategic Planning, Quality Management.

Must be able to create project documentation and project plans.

Must be able to brief GO/SES level customers on operations, project status, and solutions.

BA/BS Degree with five plus years of project management experience with an ITSM and PMP certification is required. 

Five plus years of project management experience with an ITSM and PMP certification along with experience managing a team of 15 or more IT professional across different areas of expertise (Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering)

The candidate must have an active secret clearance at a minimum

Candidate must have a current 8750 IAT II certification at time of hire

Candidate must be able to obtain a German TESA/SOFA approval
