Support life cycle systems engineering, including the research, analyses, design, development and/or modification, integration, test, documentation, and maintenance of systems, subsystems, networks, databases, and laboratory environments including Radio Frequency (RF) anechoic chambers related to Airborne Electronic Warfare systems and Integrated Air Defense Systems (IADS) and their components, Information Warfare (IW), and Cyber Warfare (CW).

Support Radar Cross Section measurement and analysis including High-power Electronic Attack Technique Radiation capabilities. 

Perform engineering evaluation, attend technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program management reviews, training events.

Study capabilities across industry and services and provide recommendations concerning the acquisition and testing of technologies against threats. 

Perform analyses of existing and future laboratories including RF anechoic chambers, systems, platforms, and integration requirements supporting science and technology insertions, correction of deficiencies, enhancements to support emerging threats and Techniques, Tactics and Procedures (TTPs).

Provide the results of the analysis (including any hardware, firmware, and software requirements) in the form of technical reports to the COR. 

With Government approval acquire, develop, integrate, test, document any hardware, firmware and software development or modifications required in support of the approved recommendations.  Only materials to be necessary and incidental to the services of this task order may be acquired.

Provide the test and evaluation engineering services required to test new capability, system modifications, and correction of deficiencies.

Provide engineering technical expertise during laboratory, ground, and flight tests as well as experimentation and demonstrations on National United States Ranges.

Support the development and update of test procedures and plans.

Support the troubleshooting, analyses, development of recommendations and incorporation of corrective actions. Test results, analyses, and recommendations will be submitted via a technical report to the COR.

Provide inputs for the development and revision of engineering data (specifications, configuration, interface control documentation), test (plans, procedures, reports), logistics (technical data packages, plans, procedures, parts lists), and training documentation.

Submit all prepared documentation and recommendations to the COR for approval.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM)
DoD US Top Secret Clearance


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

20+ years of experience within the last 30 years with current knowledge and experience in:

- Radar Cross Section measurement and analysis supporting airborne weapon systems

- Testing and analysis in Radar Anechoic Chamber laboratories capable of supporting high power EW systems such as the High-power Airborne Electronic Attack Technique Radiation (HEATR)

- HEATR capabilities including intent and integration with other facilities
