Enterprise IT Training Specialist

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As an Enterprise IT Training Specialist supporting the customer, you will be trusted to develop and deliver training classes for the sponsor’s analytic cadre and Intelligence Community users on the Sponsor’s premier intelligence production tracking application. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Support the design, development, and delivery of regular training classes for the Sponsor’s enterprise intelligence production tracking application
  • Support the Agile requirements process for ongoing application development
  • Attend regular team meetings to discuss ongoing application updates and improvements
  • Consistently seek out and pass along application user feedback regarding the use of the application
  • Provide application user troubleshooting assistance as needed
  • Provide briefing and demonstration support as needed


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
  • Minimum of 10 years related experience
  • Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and delivering software application training
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training materials
  • Demonstrated experience in designing technical course content
  • Demonstrated experience providing training via in-person sessions as well as via online videos and tutorials
  • Demonstrated serving in a "train the trainer" capacity
  • Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of web technologies


  • Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) certification
  • Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development environment and consulting in a multi-project environment
  • Demonstrated experience using JIRA project management software
  • Demonstrated experience creating, drafting, and reviewing program documentation
  • Demonstrated familiarity with supporting user applications
  • Demonstrated strong coordination and collaboration skills with ability to work successfully across organizational boundaries
  • Knowledge of the sponsor’s finished intelligence production process
