General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) has an immediate requirement for an eDiscovery Analyst to support the eDiscovery business process of a large federal agency. The candidate will experience an unparalleled large-scale enterprise environment managing eDiscovery requests and work-flow, and focus on continuous process improvements as the client invests in new tools and technologies.
Successful candidate will support the end to end litigation discovery process and the eDiscovery Reference Model.
Utilize eDiscovery processing tools to process data for litigation databases, including various review platforms.
The candidate will conduct quality reviews of data within the appropriate databases and request reconciliation of missing case data.
Perform quality control of collection work product.
Review search terms and archival tool output to ensure accurate collections.
Monitor end-to-end collection process for all eDiscovery Resources.
Respond to procedure questions dealing with the collection processes.
Perform analysis of electronic data, related metrics for requests by stakeholders.
Please Note: We can only accept US citizens and or Green Card Holders. The security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years and not have left the country for more than 180 cumulative days.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
5+ years of relevant industry experience.
Self-directed and self-motivated with ability to perform and complete tasks with minimal guidance.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with eDiscovery archival and review tools, processes, and procedures.
Must be able to obtain a Government Sensitive Clearance (US Citizenship or Permanent Residence/Green Card status required). Must not have travelled outside of the US for a combined period of 6 months (or longer) within the last 5 years.
Experience with eDiscovery Archival and Review tools.
Experience with OpenText EnCase eDiscovery product suite.
