Performs a variety of general administrative and operational tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of an office group or customer in a highly cleared environment.
Core Hrs. 8-3. Daily Calendar management will include prioritization, coordination and mitigation for briefings, travel and other meeting types. Monitor and react to inboxes for actions and correspondence requirements. Will manage conference room calendars. Coordinate VIP and visitor access for Senior Leadership as required. Serve as vault custodian. Serve as primary time and attendance recorder of Onboarding FO and provide back-up actions for associated hiring and other supporting divisions. In preparation for Principal meetings, conduct status meetings to ensure deliverable actions are being worked/completed. Deconflict actions. Collect relevant data for Principal meeting preparation to ensure accurate briefing material according to meeting/attendance needs. Provide event planning to include off-sites, conferences CONUS/OCONUS meeting logistics. Event planning will be an important role and a continuous action that will require end to end management. Strong familiarity with Customer space reservation system. May provide support to office inventory and any budget management if needed. May be required to provide facilities/logistics coordination for equipment delivery, office renovations, and needed moves. Will use Microsoft Suite extensively and must demonstrate strong Outlook skills.
